My mother and I have enjoyed our stay at the luxury visit it’s clean quiet and beautiful here.
Moved in Nov 2024 and have enjoyed everything so far. All the people I jmhave met are friendly and lots of dogs for my dogs to play with. I would I highly recommend to anybody 55+
When I first arrived at Mera Henderson. I was impressed on how beautiful the property looks and how young the staff was. So my wife and I decided to start the process, of becoming a part of the community. Once they approved us, and we paid all fees that was requested of us. I thought that we were pretty lucky. THE NEW PROPERTY MANAGER IS HORRIBLE !!!!! SHE'S VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL !!!!! ( SLUM LORD ) THE RESIDENTS OFTAN RELOCATE !!!! THE STAFF CHANGE VERY OFTAN AS WELL !!!!! WHAT WAS ONCE PARADISE !!!! IS NOW PURE HELL. !!! STAFF INTERACTION WITH RESIDENTS IS VERY IMPORTANT !!!! RETRAIN YOUR NEW HIRED MANAGER !!!! HER COMMUNICATION SKILLS NEED IMPROVEMENT !!!!!
Mera Henderson is a fantastic 55 + community! I moved my Dad here in December and he is so happy! He tells me everyday how much he loves his apartment. The complex is safe and quiet. The neighbors are friendly and there are always lots of activities going on. The management team is courteous, helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend Mera Henderson if you are looking for a 55 + community!
