Had an issue where I could not attend an event; they were quick to respond and help with a refund even though they didn’t have to. Great organization!
DO NOT BUY TICKETS if this company is listed as the hosting agency. First and foremost, they are impossible to communicate with. They will only communicate through text message (which I never received a response) or Facebook messenger, until they cancel your event where you receive a generic form email with no responses. I did not know this group was the host for a wine tasting event and purchased through Eventbrite. It appears they planned two similar events the same day and may have undersold one or both causing my issues ... read more
Don't listen to the haters! They're awesome, and super responsive. As long as you give them enough turnaround time if you have an issue, you will get a response, and the staff is super nice and understanding. Highly recommend attending some of the fun stuff they have throughout the year!
