I’ve been a resident of Mequon Trails Townhomes for almost a year. They are responsive and attentive to each resident’s need for maintenance and information. They are extremely fortunate to have Alison Laev on their team. Regardless of any issue, she’s the diamond in the management office ready to help resolve any issue. 5 stars!
Alison was nice and very professional at what she was doing. Only reason I gave it a 4 star was I wanted to tour the 3 bedroom. But only got to see the 2 bedroom. Yes I understood we can go see it virtually on the website. But I personally like to see in person just case you never know what kind of damage you might find that they didn't see.
