So many great things to say about MTT. Alison, the leasing agent we met with, was absolutely delightful. She met us with a smile and was wonderfully prepared for our tour. She had a map that was highlighted with the units we were scheduled to look at! Alison was such a pleasure to meet. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with all our questions. We did require 2 different tours just to be sure. She was very accommodating for both. Enjoyed my visit at your beautiful homes. Hopefully I’ll become a resident very soon.

I just moved out after nearly 5 years at Mequon Trails. Some of the charges upon move out are ridiculous. $200 for blinds that had a couple slats fall out. $700 for a washing machine that works but has a loose knob. And don't hang any pictures on the walls. $1100 for drywall repair and paint. Make sure you put in maintenence requests for anything and everything before your lease ends. They will try to rip you off for anything they can.
