I’ve had a great experience at Mequon Trail Townhomes. The community is quiet, well maintained, and in a great location in Mequon. The townhomes themselves are spacious and feel more like a house than an apartment, especially with the attached garages and private outdoor space. The management team has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. It’s a really wonderful place to live.
Don’t recommend living here.
Worst place in Meqoun, bad management, the manger is so bad, maintenance is very bad and slow. Not recommended at all.
Wow the amount of troubles my sister in law had while staying at this place is unbelievable. They want to kick her out of her own home just because “neighbors expected something” with no proof whatsoever from management or the neighbors themselves. Absolutely terrible to hear she went through such a bad experience and now her mental health is taking a turn for the worse because of them.
I’m very disappointed with how the management treated my sister during a very difficult time in her life. She has been going through a lot personally and tried her best to communicate and work things out with the office. Instead of showing any understanding or trying to help, they decided not to renew her lease and keep telling her to leave by the end of March.
