My husband and I have been living at Mequon Parc for 9 months. I am 50 years old and have been renting all my adult life. I have NEVER experienced such prompt and thorough, immediate fixes to issues. Everything from a leaky seal under a sink to a concern about an AC unit, to something as simple as a reimbursement for a problem with a washer that didn’t drain completely. Terrible experience. Washer water was rusty and stains your clothes. My entire security deposit was held for a water spot on the outside wall of bathtub. The owners knew the judge in Port Washington so don't know why I even showed up
Horrible place. Management used to be good now it is very bad do not recommend
This place isn’t what it was two years ago , new owner in charge with that being said she’s rude , unwilling to compromise and takes her time to fix things . rusty , rotten egg smelling water throughout spring , I complained several times but only to get a response here and there , final results was she had to change the pipes and I wasn’t the only tenant complaining for a while . Laundry facilities need to be updated , the washer isn’t washing properly and the smell of weed in the hallway is bad . Please do better .
