I love living here!!! It has been so awesome and the landlord is very nice and quick to respond & fix any issues that come up. Everything is always efficient and well maintained! :)
I lived in these apartments for 2 years and the management was excellent. Very quick to respond to issues. Don't listen to the negative reviews being posted. This is a family owned and operated business who prides themselves on clean, quiet and affordable living in the city of Mequon. Highly recommend!
Terrible. I lived here. Water gets turned off without notices. You get told what gets lit in your house. Appliances was giving to us filthy, you'll be accused of stuff instead of being asked, landlord fixes it on your time but will come later than time you told. Landlord just RUDE. Don't recommend if you can't bit your tongue with this man
Lived here for 4 years. Perfectly located, right next to the pigglywiggly, sushi, breweries, and thiensville. Our landlord was quick to fix things, for example was over in 10 mins to fix our AC unit on a hot summer day. Clean and friendly neighbors. Quiet complex. Highly recommend!
