Horrible place. Management used to be good now it is very bad do not recommend
This place isn’t what it was two years ago , new owner in charge with that being said she’s rude , unwilling to compromise and takes her time to fix things . rusty , rotten egg smelling water throughout spring , I complained several times but only to get a response here and there , final results was she had to change the pipes and I wasn’t the only tenant complaining for a while . Laundry facilities need to be updated , the washer isn’t washing properly and the smell of weed in the hallway is bad . Please do better .
I love living here!!! It has been so awesome and the landlord is very nice and quick to respond & fix any issues that come up. Everything is always efficient and well maintained! :)
I lived in these apartments for 2 years and the management was excellent. Very quick to respond to issues. Don't listen to the negative reviews being posted. This is a family owned and operated business who prides themselves on clean, quiet and affordable living in the city of Mequon. Highly recommend!
