Erin is the best! You can tell she really cares about her furry clients. Our kitty, Slim, is a very timid kitty and really afraid of everyone and everything but Erin takes her time and lets him come out of his carrier on his own and lets him sniff around and get comfortable before I leave. Before we started coming to Meow-Ville he would hide for a day after coming home from his haircut. Meow-Ville Cat Grooming and Erin were fantastic. Our cat, Skitch, is long-haired and got mats quickly. He's also got a few different health conditions so was not the easiest client. Erin was thoughtful all the way from intake to when she sent him home with us. She did an excellent job on his lion cut, and gave us tips to help keep him groomed and happy. Skitch is running around now like we've taken 10 lbs. off of him and he seems so happy. I highly recommend Meow-Ville Cat Grooming!
