It was an easy painless transaction. Staff was excellent through the whole process.
EDIT: Two months later, SURPRISE my van was repossessed because Menzies didn't practice due diligence. There was an existing lien on my van! Yes they provided me with a temp car. Yes they paid the lien off. Yes I got my van back. Yes they gave me a free detailing (not a very good one) and a year's worth of oil changes. How often should I change my oil in a year? On a recent trip from Niagara to Montreal, some worrisome knocking noises started on our Promaster camper van. We stopped into Menzies Ram dealer in Oshawa to see if someone could check our vehicle and help us. In less than 5 minutes after our arrival, one of the service managers (Elix) was out to our vehicle with a torque wrench and tightened the loose bolts which were causing the problem. We were amazed how quickly and efficiently Elix had fixed our problem and saved the day for us!
I was sold a 2015 Chrysler 300s 2 years ago at 105,000km. It was my first car and I was naive and uneducated on the car purchasing process. No problem admitting I got screwed over by the sales people at Menzies Chrystler. They sold me a car that they said was in excellent condition.
