I couldnt wait to dig in or photo would be better. Probably the best bowl of ramen ive ever had in the city. I've lived here for a long time.
Sooooo good
Food was delicious. Service was fast. Though my gripes are with the portion sizes. $21 for Ramen is on the expensive side. If the the portion of noodles was a little more and they gave a full egg instead of a half it would easily be four to five stars. Also 1 piece of seaweed??? Karagee was amazing!
Chicken kaarage was the star, battered nicely and crisped to perfection. The yuzu mayo was bright and creamy and paired perfectly with the chicken. The spicy ramen was ok, I ordered extra mushroom and thought the noodles were well cooked. The broth was very rich but felt like it was lacking some acidity to cut through the fattiness. We got in line around 4 pm on a Friday and were the second party to be seated, and the line started to grow quickly around 4:30
