We have used Menu Men for a long time - years and years....our rep retired a few years ago. Ever since we cannot get in touch with anyone. They do not return phone calls, will not reply to emals, say they will have Michelle (manager) call me back and never does. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service provided and saddened that we can no longer use this company that was so reliable for such a long time.

Do not get your menus printed here. Menus lasted 3 weeks the lamination came up and they won’t stand by their work. I went in to show them menus, they cared less. Told me Michelle the owner would call me she never did. When I called back she said Michelle said she didn’t want to do anything. I work with huge hospitality groups in Miami and will be advising all my clients not to get menus here. My credit company agrees and we are disputing the huge charge. They also don’t do their own lamination they hire someone else

Menu Men menus stand out. Each menu is unique, customized, and beautifully crafted, often by hand. When I go to a restaurant with menus made by Menu Men, I think of it as a statement by the owner that their standards are as high as mine.
