Nothing I was told actually happened the way I was told it would. It took longer, costed more, and still wasn t completed to my satisfaction. If you want a company that does what they say, RUN TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY, FAST!
Terrible experience. They still have my device after THREE weeks from what was supposed to be an easy repair. They change their story about when it will be ready Now, They are ignoring calls and won't return messages. I am concerned whether they will actually fix it and how I will ever get my device back. Needless to say, I will never use them again.
We've been waiting 2 months now for our computer to be fixed. They are not returning my phone calls - it's now to the point that I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. If you have time to wait and don't mind customer service, these are your guys! But, if you want prompt, professional service you might want to look elsewhere.
I sent him my Galaxy t989 repair and he did not return the phone or even the money I paid ($ 100.00). I live in Brazil and sent by post after combining with it. Caution! Now he answers neither imails more.
My PS3 stopped working, just froze up and shut down. I wasn't sure what was wrong with it at all. I started searching the web to find some answers. Turns out there is something called the YLOD. Brought my computer in, Tim the owner gave me a FREE estimate. Found out I needed a new DVD burner, and we had to reinstall my Operating System. He beat Best Buy's price by $80, I only paid $100 for the drive/OS installation all together! Highly recommended!!!!!
Professional repair shop, Highly recommended! I had a really bad virus on my computer, took it in for a free estimate. Tim is the guy that I worked with, he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Took care of the virus for $20!!!!!! A month later I actually took my son's Xbox to him to get the Red Ring Of Death fixed, and he also repaired an Iphone screen for us. Fast service, I would highly recommend them to anyone else!
