Great service as always. The dental hygienist and dentist were up front with me about my treatment plan.
Great service and Merri is the best hygienist I have ever had! She performs a thorough cleaning, explains everything and answers all questions! I am so happy that we found this practice several years ago.
CONFIDENTIAL - I was disappointed to discover that I was being seen by a substitute for my regular hygienist, Jackie Hale. The visit was okay, but I did not feel that I got the same degree of care as usual. For about a week after, my gums were tender and one of my teeth felt sore. Both are better now, but I hope that in the future if Jackie is still out on medical leave, that you will let me know. I will reschedule my appointment for when she gets back.
