April appointment was cancelled and couldn't get new appointment until Mid July. Thirty minutes before July appointment, received call that 12:00 appointment was cancelled and if I couldn't come in at 6:00pm that night I would have to wait until September. Staff person was rude with little care or explanation for my predicament. Not sure if the Practice is short of staff, or going through a transition, but I have been disappointed with the lack of service and type of staff. i am so thankful for dr. menton and his team. i have been going here for decades! this was an emergency appointment and not only did they fit me in but they were compassionate and caring. dr. menton does great dental work and is genuinely a nice guy. thank you!
Easy to schedule appointment at convenient time. Dr. Enlow was very professional and polite. She did a nice job fixing my tooth. Thank you.
Surprisingly, things went well and Bree wasn't there....... she wasn't there on Monday night or Tuesday morning - did she get fired again for stealing dental supplies? Where's Laura? and all those pregnant women??? Susie did a nice job cleaning my teeth and didn't hurt me too much. Finally got to meet Dr. Menton, he seems like a really nice guy no matter what Tim says! Had to come back Tuesday morning for two fillings. Bought Dr. Cook flowers and she didn't hurt me.
