This was my initial appointment with Menton. I found that filling out the new patient forms on-line ahead of time made the visit go much easier. All the folks were very professional and personable. Dr Pyun spent a lot of time explaining every step and on my longer term plan. Same with the dental tech, Erin, and with the tech who took all the x-rays, I think Shanika, but I may have messed up her name. My last visit was not great mostly due to the dental hygentist. I felt that she was very rough when cleaning my teeth. She nicked my gums several times and it was quite painful. This experience was unlike my experience on previous visits. I admit that I did not floss much between my visits, but she made it a point at least 5 times to tell me how much tartar i have and how I have to floss more. I get it. Thanks
