poorly informed and not helpful I tried to buy antifreeze for my 1995 passat here. Fortunately I was smart enough not to put what they sold me in my car as it would have caused serious damage. Oops. As well, my wife takes her car for work here that is supposed to be covered under the warranty. They are constantly trying to avoid responsibility, or need to "consult the district manager", which is code for "you can keep calling, three times a week if you like, but we're not going to fix that."
