i have sought aid from this office twice both times my life was endangered as a result this facility should not legally be allowed to label themselves "urgent care" knowing full well they offer zero actual urgent care the first time, i showed up homeless, starving & begging for assistance. they taxid me to another building, never told me where i was going. upon arrival i was told the only service offered was a nap in a chair. not hyperbole, not an exageration. thats the sum total of "care" i was offered is this a joke to you... read more

Everybody here has been very helpful, patient, and understanding with me. Always expect a bit of a wait. The first time I went in I didn't expect to be here so long, but I also checked in after 4pm. Today I went in around 3 and got out by 5, which was pretty fast compared to last time. The staff are compassionate and are LTGBQ allies, and have helped me to get my psychiatric medication as well as set up an appointment to establish care after switching insurance. This place is a godsend, I badly needed some compassion and guidance, some real help immediately (and not five months and a referral from now) and I found it here. Wonderful staff. Thank you Sheryl!

I brought my daughter in for assistance with her MH. We both felt a higher relief with Ms. Niemah, she was able to give us both a since of comfort movinng forward. Her attention to our needs made us feel we were in good hand. Her level of detail gave us tools to navigate our patient needs.
