Just a terrible center! They promised a mentally ill child to accept her and forgot... They simply hang up the pipes in response to complaints... and shift responsibility. They say it wasn’t me who spoke to you, but those people who were there the previous time are no longer there... no one has any responsibility. And this center is designed to help people with mental problems?

This place shouldn’t be operating all staff Doctors are corrupted and work with the police my Baby Brother was sent in and Dr Kelsey sign him off for the police to take him to Juvenile hall when my Brother was in a distress due to a mental crisis and need it to be place on a 51/50 they neglected him they abandoned him my Mom seen it with her eyes the police had my baby Brother alone in the cops car with a bag on his head handcuffs and chains on his feet my Brother has a Developmental delay, autistic, seizures. I went to them desperate for a refill on medication I was starting to withdrawl from. They told me the couldn’t approve it because I didn’t have a regular gp which is the MOST INSANE THING because the whole reason I went there was due to the fact that I don’t have a gp. The facility was disgusting and the staff was rude to other patients. This place is the EPITOME of what a joke healthcare is.

Called from outside asking where the entrance was bc I was having a hard time finding it. I was in a really dyer situation needed some help...this lady said sorry we close in 5min, dont think your going to make it, we open tomorrow. See you then. Ya not cool. Especially in a mental health crisis.
