I guess everyone is feeling how bad they’re getting now. My old therapist knew honestly absolutely nothing about me to the point where she doubted I have autism even though it’s pretty obvious. And my psychiatrist has canceled the last like 8 appointments and at one point they called us to cancel on the 29th and we obviously assumed they meant the 29th of that month but no they meant the 29th of a different month but didn’t specify the month???? I have been going here for years but the front stuff sucks they always rude, the turn around is horriable. Then when my provider leaves, no one told me to schedule, but then when I call they say yes we did and she sits and fights on phone. Give me a break people. I do not recommand this place now that Cynthia is gone

I've been a patient here for over 20 years. Not only has the office work gone downhill, so has the prescription refill timing, the quality or just about everything, it's tough to get anyone on the phone. When you do, they're irritated about it. If you have questions, your prescriber will likely be out of town... in which case you'll have to deal with the on call folks.... they care only about the paycheck, i assure you.... Stear clear.. they used to care about patient. Not anymore

I am on several medications prescribed by the doctors here and my prescriptions are constantly mismanaged and not refilled, despite multiple requests. If you are on any sort of medication, avoid this place!!!!
