Staff are not nice, refill time is horribly managed, harassment and constant calls by billing staff making more anxiety and they say you can’t see your provider if anything is not paid. A place to help with mental health that’s causing more mental health problems? Not okay
I guess everyone is feeling how bad they’re getting now. My old therapist knew honestly absolutely nothing about me to the point where she doubted I have autism even though it’s pretty obvious. And my psychiatrist has canceled the last like 8 appointments and at one point they called us to cancel on the 29th and we obviously assumed they meant the 29th of that month but no they meant the 29th of a different month but didn’t specify the month????
