There is a certain way to talk to patients when they call a mental health center and it’s not just any other health centers. God forbid the patient was suicidal. The receptionist is not suitable take calls for people suffering with mental health problems. I only wanted to make an appointment and the receptionist asked if I could hold, I was left on the line for 10 minutes and they hung up. God forbid I was suicidal!!
