I can’t believe just how awful these people were. Making life changing decisions based on 3 minute interactions. Some of them are very kind but the majority treat parents with authoritative condescension. Weird absurd split second judgements made with very poor clinical skill. Which is scary quite frankly. Luckily we didn’t actually have a crisis but I fear for anyone who has to deal with them who does.
My daughter and I are so thankful for NP Conway! He has changed my daughters life and I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you for everything!
Absolutely disgraceful. This location should be investigated for malpractice. They have yet to help my son. I have repetitively told his doctor that his night time medication gives him nightmares and she continues to tell my wife and I to “give it time” it has now been six months and every single night he wakes up in a screaming fit with nightmares and maybe gets 4/5 hours of sleep every night. Same as others, was on a wait list for along time! We finally got a Telehealth appointment, waited a few months. It was canceled because the doctor was sick. We had to reschedule, and wait a few more months. This time she couldn’t do it, because she couldn’t access my son’s chart. We rescheduled it to August, just to get a call saying that appointment is now canceled because the doctor quit. After being on a forever waitlist we finally got telehealth therapy meetings, all was going well until we would be sitting waiting only to find out it was cancelled by a supervisor. I even called to make sure appointments were confirmed and had to reschedule dental appointments to ensure my child could make an appointment again only to be sitting staring at a blank screen.
