Called to ask about a dear friend, asking about visitation times. The receptionist lady would not share the information with me, only after I asked her THREE TIMES. She was demanding, dismissive, and showed NO empathy. For someone operating the phone in a MENTAL HEALTH UNIT, she was exactly the opposite of someone you'd want to talk to. Completely uninterested, unconcerned, careless, and apathetic.
