I want to start this review by saying the actual therapist I had at this location was wonderful. Thank you Sierra if you see this. However the staff in the front office are beyond rude and unwilling to communicate professionally. I cannot believe we were talked to in such a way, especially at a facility that treats and is supposed to advocate for those struggling with their mental health. It's a shame that those who struggle with mental health and their families have to experience the unprofessional, uneducated, uncompassionate, and downright unethical treatment that these people "workers" exhibit here. The incompetent center director is the worst. They do not value you or your time! You think that people who got in this field would have extra care and grace but they make you feel as if you are the burden. I would give it a 0 stars if you could!
Look You know me (Song Bird). I'm not going to lie. My main concern before I left is we wouldn't have drills, but it was very sad and confusing that a certain name Yes Kim Jackson as a boss your supposed to have our safety. We had someone bring in a knife one day a counselor had to inform me, I had to follow her,and my other worker was laying down in the office. Extremely rude people when trying to get my daughter tested for adhd and other stuff. Even called ahead to see if she can get tested before I even went up there!!The front desk people sweet as can be but the other people after is rude.. they made me feel like a bad mother!!
