Great place!! Very nice people!! Very caring and friendly!!!!
The worst, most unprofessional , uncaring and inattentive staff. My daughter was sent here after an incident and more often then not times her therapist only gave her 10 minutes at most but still charged for the full hour. When therapy was provided it was ineffective and more harmful then good. Grossly overpriced. They will push for you tonhave multiple sessions a week. Do not waste your time and money at this facility.
I'm seeing a lot of negative comments. I have never experienced anything but friendliness from office staff and caring and understanding from Dr Hossan, and my Therapist Jamie. I have been coming here over two years and never had issues.
A darker lady with short hair who was not working the front desk but kept coming in and out was extremely mean. The wait was incredibly long, and they do not have a good onboarding system for new patients. I had to see four different people and never even made it to a therapist before feeling so uncomfortable that I had to back out. On top of that, the building had a strong cigarette smoke smell, which made the experience even worse. The waiting room was also freezing.
