my doctor finally listen to me
Tried to get therapy for a severe traumatic event. Not only did I not get the treatment I needed but the caseworker I was assigned failed to do anything of note. She did not schedule transportation properly and missed my feb 4th appointment. Now I will be without medication till April 2nd. If you get stuck with mental health co-op get any other provider asap.
Today's visit just was a nightmare! The wrong medicine was called in with the appointment time not being honor because 3 people were scheduled the same time slot when origonally it was only my son. Nurse Vivian just must be having just a bad day since weighing in patients needs to be reminded HOW she speaks to the patients. Snobby. She just have a smart mouthed, bad attitude today! Absolutely the worst at med refills. My child always goes without medications for a few days before they are filled. Which causes him to be very disregulated. Then he misses school and they refuse to give a school note. Then the workers have the audacity to ask you to quit calling because it hinders them. WOW ! How about you have a replacement or a back up plan when your out. Because your kinda hindering my childs education too.
