For most of my life, as a man, I have always been to told to suck it up. After years of that, it gets pretty hard to do. MHC Columbia was the first mental health group to make me feel heard and understood. I have went to several places before and they were nowhere near as helpful. MHC Columbia has everything from welcoming staff, appropriate wait times, and most of all, understanding HUMAN BEINGS as staff, not just people earning paychecks. 10/10 would recommend for ANYONE struggling.
