I'm not sure if I would get the services from the Journey Mental Health Center again. Shitty experience made me do another assessment just because I didn’t have the assessment done in time. I wish hell on these people.
This place is intentionally complicated to communicate with. They know that Dane county requires people to go to them, thus they simply don’t care about providing any form of decent customer service. Rude, condescending, challenging, if you aren’t forced to go here, DON’T!
