As I was referred to Wellstone for therapy and medication management for my young daughter, I have never in my life met a more rude staff at the front desk. The first three visits aren’t even for therapy. And then it takes 8-12 weeks to get an appointment with the psychiatrist. Not to mention, when I asked the front desk female questions about what we were supposed to do if the appointment is after the 30 day prescription by my child’s doctor, her answer is, “Well I guess she can go back inpatient.” Not only that, when our p... read more

Staff will make fun of you when you’re in a vulnerable state, not all of them, but a good bit. Angela I think her name is, African American woman, literally checked me with her shoulder when she was walking by in the day room. Sent me into a panic attack. I begged them to just look at the cameras but everyone that worked there was rude and cruel till I left. I wasnt in the best state of mind, but obviously, look where you work. I cannot say enough positive things about the teen crisis team. They were professional, sympathetic, helpful and hard working in support of our family. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I thought this place would really help with past issues I was having.. and let’s just say front reception is rude… and the therapists are straight out of college… wanna know how the therapist really care about you. I had surgery which I couldn’t drive for a while. I called and told them and said I would call when I’m cleared. However my therapist never called to see how I was doing or if I’m ok mentally. i can never get ahold of them. every single time ive called, i've been on hold for upwards of twenty minutes before i get frustrated and hang up.
