Carole is great. She listens and tailors care to your preference, she does not push meds on you and in fact communicates possible stressors before prescribing meds. Overall great practice!

Ms Carol is very nice, caring, she is a good listener and non judgmental . She takes time with her patient to make sure they get the care they need.

First of all my appt was at 11am I went in around 10:50am no one in sight I seen a sign that says have a seat so I did I proceeded to wait I looked at the clock and it was 11 AM. Still no one called to see if I was there or even came out to see if anyone was in the lobby. Another patient arrived. She also was waiting. I waited there for at least 15 minutes and I left.
