Dr Porter was good, but no one else seems to listen or care about my son or issues. Taking him on and off meds constantly is ridiculous and blaming marijuana for face twitching is insane the nurse takes him off meds every other month. They don't seem to care at all. They know he has a severe mood disorder and took him off the the mood stabilizer completely. Then I'm told to take him to the hospital if he becomes irritated A waste of 12 yrs if you ask me. We will be trying comcare
I came in to accompany my sister during her appointment because she has severe anxiety. The front desk receptionist Miranda was very rude. She kept aggressively talking over my sister when expressing that she was not able to get ahold of anybody at the office for several months after getting her first consultation. Her attitude overall was very unprofessional. It’s very sad that a place that is supposed to help with mental health can be so rude and emotionally bad for people. She made the experience horrible. A receptionist named Miranda was VERY rude and obviously very overwhelmed with work. I am not a client with this company. Based on this encounter, I would prefer NOT coming to this facility.
Front desk receptionist Miranda was very rude and dismissive. She was the only one that wanted to be heard… she was extremely unprofessional and very confrontational, she kept talking over me trying to correct me when I was being kind and respectful and on top of that I had proof that what she was saying wasn’t true.
