My sister took our father into his appointment yesterday 9.16.25- my sister's words "I experienced the most appalling situation today with Miranda at the front desk. But the problem didn’t start there. My brother and I have had multiple issues with this clinic. From constant miscommunications to failures of following up. Today just was unacceptable. Have been seeing Rosa for psych medicine management, and have nothing but positive things to say. She is professional, and listens to me. Would recommend seeing her.
Front desk staff very rude and unprofessional, I hate that this is court ordered and I have to deal with these rude ladies up front...cuts me off when I try to speak, snatching my i.d out my hand and handing back with attitude and didn't get my questions answered...so much for this being a helpful mental health place when they hire the rudest people upfront
I totally love my dr..she's so understanding and some of the staff is too!!! Not everybody is going to be kind at times but I still am grateful for all of them!!! I've been with them for many years ❤️ and will continue to!!!
