Thank you for listening to a peer who requested a sexual trauma support group. The meeting went well and people who wanted to share were supported by others and the facilitator who is a therapist w background in types of trauma.
They have a great Guardian Advocate course. The teacher was amazing. She made everything easy to understand. I’m looking forward to assisting in the program. Keep up the great work.
The MHA and their staff is an incredibly helpful resource for those who are seeking guidance and support regarding their own mental health, or how to support a loved one that may be struggling to find their way!
