They treat you like shit they don’t work with you or anything I had a reevaluation and they brushed me off because I couldn’t use the bathroom
They have teens or entitled young sappy receptionist whom DO NOT care for the patients or their mental health. Treat people like shit, disregard, discard and disrespect people here. They dont acknowledge you, act like you're bothering them from "working" on their cellphones watching videos and doom scrolling. I’ve been seeing Dr. Obi for about 3 years now. I’ve never had, or seen a better doctor in my life (I have doctors in my family and have been to rehab facilities). He’s extremely attentive and doesn’t sugar coat anything. He’s the only person in my life I can talk to about ANYTHING, and I sincerely look forward to our monthly meetings. UPDATED BELOW: Nick is caring and understanding and works from a systems point of view, he does not stigmatize and he works with you to help route you to the best care. My experience has been pretty well overall with it, | went in for adhd/anxiety/benzo stabilization and have felt no judgement. Amazing staff overall.
