The reviews are right - terrible experience my son had here.
I don’t even know where to begin. He sits talks to you, understands you, shows compassion, cares , doesn’t rush you etc… he is the best Psychiatrist I ever had. I will recommend him to everybody that needs help that he provides.
I recommend that you check with your insurance company if they are in-network before going. Their billing department is a mess and they do not submit the claims correctly or on time. I had an issue with a medication and reached out for help but was denied the help because my payments were going towards my deductible, it would have been nice to speak to me and see what arrangements can be made to correct the situation. Long story short took my business elsewhere!!
As a student shadowing Mr. James Alaeto, PMHNP, on Saturdays, I have had the privilege of seeing the high level of care provided at this clinic. The entire staff is attentive and dedicated to their patients. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Alaeto; he truly listens and addresses every patient's needs with excellence. His 23 years of extensive experience in acute psychiatric settings is evident in the quality of treatment he provides.
