I experienced the most appalling situation today with Miranda at the front desk. But the problem didn’t start there. My brother and I have had multiple issues with this clinic. From constant miscommunications to failures of following up. Today just was unacceptable. It saddens me to leave this review. My very troubled 10 year old son was going here and seeing Branson. Many times his appointments were moved, or canceled, and we were understanding. Then we got a call that Branson was taking a minor leave. So we assumed they would call is back when he returned thinking it was a family emergency, or maybe he needed a small break himself for his own mental health, and they would put my son with someone else if so. MHA is not a good place to get any services. There staff are not good. I did like there services until they promoted my case manager and now I don’t see any hope for my future. And I don’t think I’m ever going to see future for my life anymore. But it’s not worth wasting your time at MHA
