The people who work for MHA think this is the best job ever, because they’re not really working. They’re housing managers and staff harass, provoke and retaliate when their tenants need serious repairs done. Or they tell you to wait for months, patronize you and say they need to avoid a service fee(s) and that they need their bonus at end of the year before repairs are done.
