The owner and the front desk are very attentive, and helpful all the time. Very good service and consistency with the service.
Every time I come to this nail salon, the experience with the receptionist is disappointing. She constantly answers the phone on speaker, which is very disturbing while customers are trying to relax. It creates unnecessary noise and feels extremely unprofessional. Even more concerning is the way she speaks to customers. Her tone is rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming.
