I have been a client since the very first location, and I have seen how little by little customer service has become less important, while all that seems to matter now is volume. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance for an important event, and they simply couldn’t find it, wasting my time and showing no concern for the inconvenience caused… Terrible service. The response I got was: “We have so many clients that sometimes appointments get mixed up.”
