Krystal was great to work with. She was available during the day and after work hours. She sent us houses to review in addition to the automatic ones. She was patient as we saw houses and learned what we did and didn’t like and she maintained an up beat attitude even when we didn’t lol there were just a couple times we had miscommunications but she was quick to just state “hey we’re having a disconnect somewhere let’s start over” and that was very helpful.
