Disappointment. Frustration. Aggravation. That pretty much sums up my aborted experience with the Men’s Wellness Spot. I had a Sunday morning appointment (Emphasis added to appointment.) I’d called the evening before to confirm the appointment for an Emperor package, which included a body scrub, hot tub soak and hour-long massage.
