Been a patient of this practice a couple of years and have had the worst experience. Started off with one provider which ended up leaving the practice. Got no notification that provider had left. Decided to give the practice another chance. Yet, again another provider left without being informed. On top of this I also was unable to get my prescription for my chronic condition that I’ve had for over 12 years. Which caused me to have severe side effects due to having to stop abruptly because of the negligence of this practice ... read more
Love the staff
Front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. They took care of tlall the needs I had after having surgery. Back office just as kind, HOWEVER, I will always miss Susan White-Dragon.
Dr. Lipke is one of the best doctors I've had in a long time, my whole family sees him and I'm so saddened to seeing him leave Menacol but it was definitely a pleasure having him at our family doctor... #keepNtouchdoc
