I recently called because a friend of our daughter was home alone and she found a bat in her dinning room. I called and Shaun said "I am on my way right now". He had gotten there and removed the bat before I could get home from work. I appreciate the willingness and the quick response time to handle this issue for us. I would recommend this business to anyone!!! Thank you so much
