Scary apartment complex
This apartment complex is now called Menlo Parc. As of a couple of months ago there are new owners (Trion Properties out of Los Angeles). The new owners/managers are awful. We dealt with rats, the manager making promises she couldn't keep, and so many maintenance issues that were never resolved. We lived there 2 years and things are headed downhill. The drop pin is two houses away of the driveway. Driveway is Next to open field. Clean and most the apartments have updated interior and pool is still very nice during summer months.
