I just visited one of the “newly renovated” units and I’m absolutely appalled. Do Not Be Fooled by the Quick Renovations These apartments may look newly renovated on the surface, but don’t be fooled — the updates are rushed and purely cosmetic. Very poor management, the units in poor condition, the seemingly abandoned pool full of garbage and mold.
My partners review was DELETED from here so I will post mine! We lived here up until from August of 2023 -November of last year before they changed their name from Menlo Park Apartments. Besides the whole apartment being RIDDLED with black mold from top to bottom, in the corners of every single room, we also had multiple unresolved maintenance requests starting from when we moved in.
