Just went to pay my rent like I have every month for four years. $40 service charge to pay my rent. It was $3.95 to pay with card for four years. Do not move here. Between not having anyone on site to help with issues, paper thin walls between apartments, and no consistent way to receive packages, this place has become a joke. The previous reviewer is totally correct - this apartment complex is SOO loud. There is one tenant who straight up seems to pound the walls and floors morning until wee hours of the night, weekends and weekdays. People throw parties until 3am, screaming and blasting music. Always garbage around the property. Terrible plumbing, our bath leaks and management never fixed it. Utilities are insane, like $170 a month for a one bed. Shared laundry with inconsiderate neighbors who constantly break the machines. A new apartment manager who is never here, and just doesn’t do his job. Appliances have been slowly falling apart since I moved in. Absolutely not worth the rent or utilities that they are charging, yet they insist on increasing it at least every other year. Apartment is older but the rent is very reasonable. With rare exception, any time I’ve had an issue, management has been responsive and resolved the problem quickly. Only thing I’d change would be being able to add funds to the laundry card electronically instead of cash in the machine in the office.
The office really needs to be open more...
