The arrangement was beautiful and the person I got it for was incredibly happy with the arrangement. That being said a good number of flowers were already showing some browning on the flowers which took away from the whole piece.
Incredible service and caring attitude! Absolutely exceeded our expectations…My 90-year-old father who has been through a challenging time lately remembered today that his sister‘s birthday is tomorrow. I had a very bad experience with Menlo florist. I had ordered flowers for a friend, which never got delivered. I even followed up asking for a re-attempt at delivery, but they never responded. They did not even refund the amount. Worst services ever. Please do not place orders with them.
Beautiful flowers and beautiful arrangements! There was an issue with our order but the amazing customer service outweighed the problem. They responded immediately and were quick to remedy my concern. Would highly recommend Menlo Botanica!
