For $145 I got a few roses and some dahlias in a small pot?? You have to be kidding.! Never again.
Absolutely LOVE them! Great customer service, very responsive and always willing to help...even on short notice. Their work if fabulous!
The arrangement was beautiful and the person I got it for was incredibly happy with the arrangement. That being said a good number of flowers were already showing some browning on the flowers which took away from the whole piece.
Incredible service and caring attitude! Absolutely exceeded our expectations…My 90-year-old father who has been through a challenging time lately remembered today that his sister‘s birthday is tomorrow. I had a very bad experience with Menlo florist. I had ordered flowers for a friend, which never got delivered. I even followed up asking for a re-attempt at delivery, but they never responded. They did not even refund the amount. Worst services ever. Please do not place orders with them.
