Very poor!! Unresponsive, terrible customer service towards renters. Zero follow up, they show absolutely no care. Avoid!
NATALIE HELM is rude and condescending. She should watch how she speaks to people. I asked if the property was available and if I could get an application. There was no need to be rude about it, do better.
Contacted them after finding a beautiful home that seemed to be exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for on Zillow rentals. Kept calling the office for over several days and left a couple of voicemails. Natalie, the leasing agent, NEVER got back to me. I asked my boyfriend to call. He left a voicemail and got a call back the same day!
