It"s was amazing!
Monica did such an amazing job and was very friendly, detailed. I didn’t feel rushed or uneasy when getting a manicure and pedicure. I feel very refreshed and look forward to coming back here. Thank you again!
I’m their regular customer for years. But that day, a quick foot repair appointment with Tracey was a disaster. She was not careful while doing my nail clippings. I was hurt, on top of that she didn’t give me hot towel or any wash after clippings. When i asked her about it, she said she washed it before, so won’t do it now. She is done within 15 minutes. I was so pissed off by her service. Never coming to this location again. Avoid Tracey/ Queen street location.
Tetyana is a brilliant professional and knowledgeable specialist in Thai massage. Was happily surprised as she has trained and experienced work in Thailand. Amazing massage & stretching highly recommended. The ambiance was wonderful and the staff were friendly. Appreciate it.
I’m giving this place 2 out of 5 stars (for outcomes not team). The team is absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and supportive, a definite 5/5 in terms of service and atmosphere. The facility is also clean and modern, which I really appreciated. That said, my experience with laser hair removal didn’t meet my expectations. After over a year and 10 sessions, I’ve only seen about a 50% reduction in hair, whereas the online information suggested a 90-95% reduction.
