I booked an appointment for 9 AM for a manicure, showed up for the manicure and they were closed, the girl finally showed up seven minutes late, when I asked her, “are you open” she responded in an attitude filled tone “yes we’re open” and there was no apology whatsoever for being late and keeping me waiting. Considering this was my first time the staff made me feel very comfortable, were very respectful and did a great job. The place was also very clean. Will go again for sure
