We love doctor Li!! After a not so great experience at another pediatric office where staff was unfriendly and cold, we decided to search for a new doctor. My kids always feel safe and comfortable in Dr. Li’s office and they are thriving!
Both of my children (14 & 12) see Dr. Li. I am very happy with her and the office staff. Dr. Li is kind, patient and caring. She made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Beyond the office, whenever I have a question, either Dr. Li or her covering physician, reply to my questions promptly and thoroughly. I am so grateful we found her.
Dr. Menglu Li is amazing - she has been my son's PCP since he was born, he's almost 3 now. Always caring and a very good listener - Dr. Li always addresses my concerns and offers the most passionate care possible. I'm also expecting baby #2 in Feb 2023 and she will definitely be baby's PCP as well. Thanks Dr. Li for all your hard work and for caring for your patients. :) P.S. Don't listen to the 1 star rating below, definitely not true what so ever.
If there was an infinity negative review option this provider would get that..... I mistakenly brought my daughter for her 6 month exam with Dr. Menglu Li and she could have not been more unprofessional when I voiced my opinion about how Dr. Menglu Li was not listening to what I was saying. Dr. Menglu Li response was extremely aggressive and she tried to ask me to leave.. our concerns were not met and she was very rude.
