Gloria Rodriguez was fantastic room service, front desk staff pleasant, great breakfast buffet and food service team !
it's a beautiful building, no ghost ,lol already I didn't see one ,,,,
The rooms--well at least where we were--were like ICE! Our room never got above 65 degrees--and for some seniors this is just too darn cold. We had no extra blankets either. I for one was pretty miserable. They state on a card that the HEAT ??? doesn't turn on until it reaches 45 degrees outside. Well I understand conservation and saving money--but that is ridiculous if you can't even place extra blankets for the guests!!
