Mengdi helped us buy and sell our home in Maryland, both remotely. The processes were smooth and fast. Both buying and selling took about a month from beginning to closing, due to her hard work, open communication and skills. She made valuable suggestions based on her intense experience, including offer prices during buying and list prices and cost-effective hot fixes during selling, which saved quite some hassle and money for us. It was great experience working with Mengdi.
