Every Projector I've had serviced comes back in great. They are clear in communication and offer a value that keeps us coming back.
We have used other repair centers over the last 25 years. Mendtronix always gets the repair done correctly and is reasonably quick, especially on older projectors, their pricing is fair also!!!
I have used their projector repair service numerous times, to repair an older Toshiba (circa 2003). My background is in electronics and during this last repair I was allowed to speak directly to the tech. Unfortuantely, my detailed description of the problem, included with the projector, hadn't made it to him. I used to manage the service dept. for an international company and realize it's common to isolate the tech from direct contact with the cutomer. Great projector repair and logistic service for me and my business.
Mendtronix has had our projector since September 19 and still claim they are waiting on parts. Spare yourself the headache. Find someone else.
Absolutely terrible! I was told at least 4 different ETAs on a projector sent to them a few months ago and was suppose to get it back already but was given another ETA for 3 weeks from now. They don't care about their customers.
I will NEVER use them again! ...ever!
