It’s horrible and I don’t recommend it for anyone. Twice since I’ve been there today being one of those days nobody is allowed inside but yet 5 Mexican families showed up and were allowed to just walk right in. They didn’t have no appointment and was told they could just walk in. I was told I had to call which I did and me and were still not allowed to go in not even to pee. Would not recommend to this to my worst enemy. This is such a terrible way to remember Dr. Mendoza. This place deserves NO stars. This place needs to be shut down. This is far from a pediatric office. The staff is incredibly rude and not professional at all. The fat lady that’s always in the front is seriously the most unpleasant human I have ever encountered. RecommendedI have been using Mendoza Medical Clinic for a lil over 25yrs. I love each and everyone that I have encountered in this Establishment. Mendoza is the best pediatric clinic I have used and they now offer treatments to adults also. I recommend any and everyone to use Mendoza for all your needs. I have moved from Kenner and now live in Hammond but I refuse to change doctors and start all over bcuz they know everything about all my kids. I love y’all and I miss Doctor Mendoza soooo much. Best place for me and my sons
Well there was only one Dr there. It all the rooms seemed empty. They swabbed her for strep at 11 and no one came back in the room until an hour later when I went out and asked if they had forgotten us. The Dr was very nice but her assistants seemed new and weren't very friendly! I asked one if they were testing her for strep cuz it was going around and she said she didn't know.
