The park is on the bigger side (probably the biggest in mendota). Since the new owners took over the lot rent is on the higher side, and the trailers are refurbished. There are some small park models, good for singles or couples with no kids. They have restrictions on animals and the owner just randomly show up at your house at times without notice. (Know your rights) big pot holes, the water quality is iffy, have some of the homes inspected before buying. 1500 deposit, 600-750 a month rent to own.
