I hate leaving a negative review because Mendocino Farms has my favorite gluten-free sandwich. Unfortunately, I’ve ordered the same sandwich to-go multiple times, only to get home and realize it’s missing ingredients. What makes it even more frustrating is that I order a classic sandwich directly from their menu and the only modification I make is swapping the regular bread for gluten-free bread, so it really shouldn’t be a difficult order to get right. Overall, I had a great experience here at Mendocino Farms. My first time here, the service was fantastic, the cashier was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. My second time here (today) the cashier was quite cold, not enough to throw off the entire experience, but not the best intro to dining. As for the food, they have it down.
