My experience was amazing with this business. The office is welcoming and inviting and offers a calming inviting space for such a stressful topic. Kim helped me understand everything I needed to do, communicated clearly so that I could understand what everything meant, and made me feel very supported. Horrible customer services, office smells bad, like mold & urine. There were children crawling around on the floor. Extremely unsanitary & inconvenient. I had to park several blocks away & it was raining & very cold. I almost turned around then, but decided to go ahead & then once I got to the office & waited for 45 min before even being helped, I left. I would definitely not recommend them to any friends or family!

Went to get help with my taxes and received no customer mer service. Office had children and smells of mold. No parking. Had to walk to find the place. The smell Was so bad I walked out
