I spent a lot of money to get part of an unfinished basement done. He told us that he was licensed and did not need permits. Now we are faced with not being able to get a certified inspection because he is not a licensed contractor, which is required to obtain the permit to be able to get an inspection. He has not been willing to resolve the issue. He should stick to handyman work and be upfront and honest. If this isn’t their vehicle, forgive me. But they almost drove me and my boyfriend off the road with no blinker. The driver didn’t care and continued to drive erratically.
